Patrice Beecher-Manager
Patrice Beecher comes to Ocean Blue Title with no lack of experience in the industry. She has been with the firm since April 2021 and has proven to be a wealth of knowledge in the real estate field. Prior to becoming a licensed title agent, she had also held positions within lending as a loan originator as well as overseeing the process of finalizing construction loans. It is not just Patrice’s incredible work ethic that draws you to her initially. It is her charismatic personality that clients of hers adore as well as her compassion in helping each and every person within the transaction, to ensure a smooth closing. From start to finish, she is never afraid to get her “feet wet” to get the job done.
Patrice, formerly a long time Long Island, New York native, now resides in the Hammock with her husband Chip and their three beautiful canines, Maggie May, Stella and Marlin. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her undeniably loving pups, taking in one of the nearby beaches of Flagler County and socializing with family and friends. She and her husband have a shared interest in horticulture and enjoy creating beautiful landscapes at their residence, year round.

Susan Jones-Closing Agent
Susan is a Independent contractor
With over three decades of experience as a licensed title agent, Susan has established herself as a reputable businesswoman. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open her own agency, which she has successfully run for 13 years. I truly enjoy helping people in the sale and/or purchase of their homes. Susan and her husband, Stephen, live in the beautiful coastal town of Flagler Beach, Florida, where they relish in hosting family barbecues on the weekends. I also enjoy Knitting ,crocheting many baby blankets for my grandchildren and great grandchildren. I also enjoy being outside on weekends with my many flowering plants and garden.

Deb Clark-Closing Agent
Deb Clark, a born Floridian in St. Augustine, Fl, growing up in Palatka, Florida. Licensed by the State of Florida in Cosmetology. In 1988 started my career in the title insurance business and eventually working my way up to being a closer. In 2004 became a licensed title agent. Also attended Jacksonville University with a certification in Paralegal studies. Went on to opening my own company Olde Towne Title & Escrow. I have 36 years experience in the title insurance industry. Became very involved in the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce and was on the Board of Directors. Joined the Women's Council of Realtors and was on the Board of Directors of the Betty Griffin House in St. Augustine. I have 3 grown sons who two of them has given me my 5 wonderful grandchildren who has been such a joy. Also my extremely loving cat Max has been by my side for 16 years, who has also been such a joy. Also adding to the furry kids is Sally, Harry and Brie. I enjoy being crafty especially making jewelry and wreaths. Love taking cruises mainly to the warm Caribbean with husband Mitch.

Rich Robinson-Processor
Rich Robinson is the processor for Ocean Blue Title, LLC. he spends his time working alongside the closing agents to research and resolve any and all issues such as liens and judgements in order to ensure a smooth closing for each transaction. Richard has spent the last ten years working in the title insurance industry, honing his skills in curative title, and developing a comprehensive understanding of the chain of title's intricate processes. He has worked for both local and national title companies, providing him with a diverse range of experiences. Richard is married with a daughter and two stepsons, and enjoys spending his free time at the beach or exploring Florida on weekends. He originally hails from Philadelphia, PA, but has resided in Palm Coast since 2000.
